Millicent Rogers Museum

The Millicent Rogers Museum, or the Jewel of the Southwest, is a cultural museum that preserves Native American and Spanish art. Some of the items displayed are Native American jewelry, pottery, paintings bought directly from artists and more. The museum also features a collection of work done by Millicent Rogers (1902-1953), who is the granddaughter of one of the founders of the Standard Oil Company. The museum is named after Rogers and her work. The cultural museum features an educational program, too, that teaches children about the artistic history of Taos, NM.

Current Exhibits at the Museum

The museum features a variety of artifacts and historic pueblo antiques. The current exhibits are:

The upcoming exhibits haven't been posted on their website yet, most likely due to COVID-19.
